Having undergone my own 'flab-to-fit' journey, I understand first-hand the hardships of transitioning to a healthier lifestyle. From instilling new habits and resisting temptation, to adopting correct exercise techniques and building the confidence to step foot in a commercial gym - I've been through this incredibly daunting and intimidating process!
